Two Journeys. Two Directions.

What stayed with me
was not simply AI itself.
It was hearing Demis Hassabis
speak about the journey behind it —
decades of exploration,
persistence,
and a vision carried forward.
His exploration moved outward —
toward intelligence, science,
and the possibilities
of the physical world.
Mine began with questions about life,
and gradually moved inward.
Two very different
kinds of extreme games.
One toward the limits
of intelligence.
One toward the depths
of being.
And yet, the farther
the outward journey goes,
the more a different
question appears:
As human capability grows,
where will wisdom come from?
And somewhere there,
two very different paths
seemed to meet.
Humanity needs
wisdom first.
